The kit features a 14" snare equipped with a sophisticated 3-point trigger and a dedicated rim sensor, accompanied by a fully adjustable dual-braced tripod stand. For toms, you'll have three additional pads—high, mid, and floor—each designed with individual sensors for rim shots to elevate your performance.

The DM-8 stands out with its innovative 10" mesh bass drum pad, complemented by a sturdy pedal and an angled front brace, ensuring authentic kick resistance and stability. The 12" hi-hat is mounted on an articulated pedal stand, featuring a motion sensor that delivers an authentic "stick feel," responding accurately to open, closed, and half-closed playing styles. The kit also includes two 12" crash cymbals, each with bow and edge trigger zones, and a 14" ride cymbal that adds a bell trigger zone for dynamic sound possibilities. All components, except for the snare and hi-hat, are securely mounted on a stable curved rack stand, which offers adjustable height and tilt for personalised setup.

Navigating the DM-8 control module is a breeze, thanks to its intuitive multi-control surface and vibrant menu-driven TFT display. Customise your playing experience with deep sound editing, effects, and settings. Engage with built-in jam tracks and a rhythm coach for practice, or easily record and playback WAV audio tracks via USB flash drive. You can also stream audio through Bluetooth® for an integrated playing experience.

A dedicated USB Type B connection allows for direct digital recording and seamless MIDI integration with DAW software. The MIDI out connector lets you trigger and control external MIDI sound modules with ease.

With versatile connectivity options, you'll find auxiliary input support alongside stereo and mono outputs for PA systems or backline amplifiers, plus a headphone output for private monitoring.
